The M Form is for anyone who emigrates from the Netherlands or immigrates to the Netherlands. With a careful and correct completion of the M-form, you can save a lot of money.
Not digital
The M-form is not available digitally at this moment. You will need to fill in the form manually, and send it by post. This may involve a risk from certain countries. Keep copies of what you send, and send your documents in the most secure manner available.

Delay
You should always make a declaration before the date stated in the declaration letter you receive from the IRS. Need more time? Ask for a postponement. This should usually happen in writing. Please note that our tax service can do this for you.
You do not come out?? Or are you abroad, or are you busy with arranging your move? Ask BAS for help! We will not charge you for requesting a delay. So you do not need to worry.
